Artwork Upload Guidelines

Please send your artwork using the following guidelines:
  • PDF, EPS, AI, PSD, TIFF
  • For Vector Files, please convert all text to outlines and embed any raster images
  • Embedded and uploaded raster images (jpg, png, bmp, etc) should be at least 2000px by 2000px
  • 1:1 Ratio @ 150-300 DPI
  • Please size your design file to the exact width and height (in inches) to your item
  • CMYK Preferred
  • Digital proof will be made within 1-2 business days for you to review

      Any adjustments made once order is put into production will incur a reprinting fee.

      Any graphics purchased through Adept Signs are sized specifically to frames and hardware supplied by us.  Hardware may differ in size from supplier to supplier. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that graphics purchased through Adept Signs will properly fit frames and hardware purchased elsewhere. 

      Likewise, Adept Signs cannot guarantee that any graphics purchased elsewhere will fit frames provided by Adept Signs.  Errors made due to mixing-and-matching hardware and/or graphics not provided by Adept Signs will not be refunded due to the custom nature of printed graphics.
